Running a business now comes with a growing list of digital decisions. Your website, Google, reviews, social media, email and now AI are all competing for your attention. The difficult part isn't knowing that these things exist. It's working out which ones actually matter for your business, how they fit together and where your time and money are best spent.
Gail Pimm knows what that feels like from the business-owner side. Before Rising Tide Digital, she spent more than 20 years running a local retail business. When SportsPower customers began changing the way they searched and shopped, Gail had to work out the digital side of the business too. She built the Shopify store, worked on SEO, email and Meta, and learnt through experience how all the different pieces connect and what actually helps a business move forward.
That experience, combined with formal training in digital marketing, e-commerce and website design, eventually led to Rising Tide Digital. Today, Gail helps other local business owners understand the digital side of their business without turning it into a technical exercise.
